Happy birthday, Mom!

It is my mom's birthday this July 19, and I thought of making a birthday card for her for a change..:P And here's what I came up with:

It's the first time I made a "Center Step" card.. Got the idea from a challenge at Colorful Creations.

A Card & A Bookmark

I didn't go to work today, had to use up my leaves coz I resigned... and so I was able to scrap!! Yipeeeeeee!! ehehehe!!

Was happy with how my card turned out.. and it's my first time to make a matching bookmark!:) I looooove to read pocketbooks, so I'll be definitely making more bookmarks..;) Anyway, here they are:
A closer look below..:) I'm also happy I was able to use the new stamps & puncher I bought recently..:) I just love them..:) I wish to really learn how to do different techniques and styles with 'em...:)
